How to Book

We use the dermanirvanaspa.com website as the premier hub for all information about DermaNirvana and Services. We use Vagaro as our booking platform for Services as it is best in class for managing spa bookings.

Once you click the "Book Now" link you will be redirected to Vagaro to book this service. If you wish to add on an additional service, simply select the green button that says "+ Add Service", allowing you to add multiple services to one booking date and time.

If you have any questions about using the Vagaro site for booking, please reach out to us at dermanirvana@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Please give a 24 hour notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to 50% of the service charge. No shows will be 100% of the service charge. If no contact is made in the first 15 minutes of the appointment it will be an automatic no show and be subject to a fee of 100% of the service charge. Tardiness over 15 minutes will be an automatic cancellation and will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service charge. If a service is canceled upon arrival it will be treated as a same day cancellation and be charged 50% of the cost.
Body Waxing

  • Full Arms

    From wrist to shoulder.

  • Underarms

    The underarm area.

  • Half Arms

    From wrist to elbow. Or, from elbow to shoulder.

  • Chest

    From collar bones to the bottom of the chest

  • Midriff

    Just the "happy trail".

  • Stomach

    From the natural waist to hips.

  • Back

    From tops of the shoulders to the bottom of the back.

  • Half Back

    Either the top half of the back- top of the shoulders to natural waist. Or, The bottom half of the back- natural waist to hips.

  • Full Legs

    From tops of the legs to the ankles.

  • Half Legs

    Either the upper half of the legs or lower half of the legs.

  • Quarter Legs

    This area can be the inner thigh, top of the thigh, or any quadrant of the leg.

  • Knees

    On and around the kneecap.

  • Feet

    Tops of the feet and toes.

  • Full Body

    Full body- from shoulders down. Does not include Brazilian, does not include face.
