Please give a 24 hour notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to 50% of the service charge. No shows will be 100% of the service charge. If no contact is made in the first 15 minutes of the appointment it will be an automatic no show and be subject to a fee of 100% of the service charge. Tardiness over 15 minutes will be an automatic cancellation and will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service charge. If a service is canceled upon arrival it will be treated as a same day cancellation and be charged 50% of the cost.

All Services are booked through Vagaro and final payment is made after Services are rendered. Credit Card information is collected and held at booking through Vagaro as part of our Appointment Cancellation Policy.

Payment methods accepted are Visa and MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit card, Cash, Vagaro Pay Later.

We use the dermanirvanaspa.com website as the premier hub for all information about DermaNirvana and Services. We use Vagaro as our booking platform for Services as it is best in class for booking services. We have many facial options and realize this can be overwhelming, especially for first-time customers. We recommend booking the 60 min Custom Facial for your first time. Emma will tailor your first facial to your skin concerns and make recommendations for future facial options during your first appointment.

Yes! Once you are redirected to our Vagaro booking app, you will notice a green button that says "+ Add Service", allowing you to add multiple services to one booking date and time.

The DermaNirvana Spa Studio address is 1824 Spring St Studio 203, Houston, TX 77007. We are located inside of Spring Street Studios, on the second floor. Parking around the building is free.
