How to Book

We use the dermanirvanaspa.com website as the premier hub for all information about DermaNirvana and Services. We use Vagaro as our booking platform for Services as it is best in class for managing spa bookings.

Once you click the "Book Now" link you will be redirected to Vagaro to book this service. If you wish to add on an additional service, simply select the green button that says "+ Add Service", allowing you to add multiple services to one booking date and time.

If you have any questions about using the Vagaro site for booking, please reach out to us at dermanirvana@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Please give a 24 hour notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to 50% of the service charge. No shows will be 100% of the service charge. If no contact is made in the first 15 minutes of the appointment it will be an automatic no show and be subject to a fee of 100% of the service charge. Tardiness over 15 minutes will be an automatic cancellation and will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service charge. If a service is canceled upon arrival it will be treated as a same day cancellation and be charged 50% of the cost.

  • Ampoule Add-On

    Ampoules are very potent, active liquids that greatly enhance facial results with incredible benefits. Very powerful treatment.

  • Peppermint Scalp Massage

    For ultimate relaxation, intensify the luxuriousness of your facial with a peppermint oil scalp massage. Liquid coconut oil with a dash of invigorating peppermint essential oil is massaged into the scalp. Can be performed without the coconut oil or peppermint if requested.

  • Hand Peel and Arm Exfoliation/Massage

    Indulge in this zenful treat available to add on to any facial. This treatment includes: a scrub on the hands and forearms, a chemical peel applied to the back of the hands to treat sun damaged skin, hand and arm massage.

  • Décolleté Treatment

    Fight signs of aging or treat acne on the neck and chest with this treatment. All of the products used in each step of the facial will be applied on the neck and chest. This treatment is especially important to add to all facials as the skin on the décolleté is very delicate and needs equal attention.

  • Microdermabrasion Décolleté Treatment

    Have smoother, softer skin with added microdermabrasion to the Décolleté treatment. All of the products used in each step of the facial will be applied on the neck and chest. This treatment is especially important to add to all facials as the skin on the décolleté is very delicate and needs equal attention.

  • Dermaplaning Add-On

    Add Dermaplaning to any facial.
